JESSICA MUDRI

I met Jess many years ago. Then unexpectedly, we became neighbours for a year, and I will say the experience was awesome! Besides the many shared moments of playing with our kids at the local skate park, our husbands cycling adventures, farmer’s markets visits, Friday night family dinners… Jess opened up her kitchen to our family. Anyone that knows Jess knows that food is a central priority in her home. She developed an interest in food when she was a child. With encouragement from her mother, Jess began her creative pursuit in the kitchen. Today Jess is still passionate about food and loves to share her healthy creations. In our JOURNAL we share inspiration from Jess' kitchen. Real food for the soul!
