Small Group Online Pilates (Live Coaching)
Personalised online Pilates sessions designed to support posture, strength, mobility and nervous system regulation — from the comfort of home.
These are not generic online mat classes. Each session is intentionally small so you receive real-time guidance, individual cueing and a more personalised experience similar to working with me in person.
Not just another online Pilates class.
Most online Pilates is either too generic to be useful or too crowded for you to receive any real attention. These classes are neither.
Each session is deliberately small so you receive real-time cueing, individual corrections and a quality of attention that is simply not possible in large-format classes. The teaching draws on 20 years of clinical practice as a Naturopath, Hanna Somatics training, the Franklin Method, the Garuda Method and traditional Pilates — not just choreography.
You will not find this combination at a local studio. You will find it here, from your own home.
These classes suit you if you are:
Dealing with tension, stiffness or postural patterns that have not responded to generic exercise
A complete beginner wanting a safe, intelligently structured introduction to Pilates
Returning from injury or rebuilding strength after illness or a long break
A Pilates student or teacher wanting deeper precision and understanding of the work
Looking for consistency and accountability with a practitioner who genuinely knows your body
Already working with a health practitioner and wanting movement support that integrates with your care
Three classes. One clear progression.
Start where your body is ready. Move forward at your own pace.
All classes run live via Zoom. You will receive your link on booking confirmation.
Foundational (Pre-Pilates)
Pre-Pilates + Hanna Somatics
Tuesday 10:00 am AEST
Slow, precise and deeply effective.
This is not a watered-down beginner class. It is a precision-led pathway that builds the internal awareness Pilates depends on breath, joint articulation, nervous system regulation, and movement patterns before adding load or intensity.
Integrates Hanna Somatics for nervous system regulation and somatic body awareness.
Best for:
Beginners who want to learn movement well from the start
Anyone returning from injury, pain or a long break
People experiencing chronic tension, fatigue or nervous system sensitivity
Existing Pilates students wanting to understand the foundations more deeply
Intermediate
Pre-Pilates + Traditional Pilates
Friday 8:00 am AEST
Bridging foundational awareness with progressive challenge.
This class combines the precision and somatic principles of Pre-Pilates with the strength and coordination demands of Traditional Pilates. A natural next step for those who have built their foundation and are ready to progress — without jumping straight into an advanced pace.
Best for:
Clients who have completed or are familiar with foundational work
Those wanting progression with continued attention to alignment and breath
People who find pure beginner classes too easy but full Traditional too fast
