Participation Terms & Waiver

At Urban Wellness Project, your safety is our priority. Please read the following carefully before participating in any online or in-person sessions.

1. Online and In-Person Classes

  • Classes may be delivered via Zoom or in-person.

  • Participants must ensure they have a safe space to exercise and use appropriate equipment.

  • While instructors provide supervision and guidance, participants are responsible for their own safety.

  • Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled due to instructor availability or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Health Acknowledgment

By participating in any session, you confirm that:

  • You are physically able to participate in the activities offered.

  • You understand the potential risks associated with physical activity.

  • You will follow instructor guidance and modify exercises as needed.

  • You will inform the instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or pregnancy.

Important: This waiver does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded under Australian law.

3. Private Sessions & Naturopathy Consultations

  • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur full session fees.

  • All consultations are confidential and conducted according to professional ethical standards.

4. Participants Under 18

  • Anyone under 18 must have parental/guardian consent before participating in any session.

Products & Shipping Policy

Dispatch Timeframes

Orders are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment being received. During periods of high demand, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will do our best to contact you as soon as possible with an update.

Stock Availability

While we endeavour to keep product listings current, stock availability is not always guaranteed. In the event that an item is out of stock or subject to a delay at the time of your order, we will do our best to notify you by email with an update on your order status.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via Australia Post. The shipping method selected at checkout reflects the service we aim to use; however, in some circumstances an equivalent service may be substituted. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Urban Wellness Project.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the method selected. In the event of a significant dispatch delay on our part, shipping costs may be refunded as a goodwill gesture at our discretion.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post and are estimates only. Urban Wellness Project is not responsible for delays once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to do what it is reasonably expected to do. In these circumstances, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photograph of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
