Online Naturopathy Consultations
Integrative, evidence-informed naturopathic care for whole-person health — available online via Zoom.
Naturopathy works by understanding the patterns underlying your health, not just managing symptoms. Appointments combine clinical naturopathic assessment with a focus on lifestyle, movement, nourishment and nervous system regulation — tailored to where you are right now.
What happens in a consultation
Naturopathic consultations are thorough by design. The first appointment is longer to allow time to understand your full health history, current symptoms, lifestyle patterns and goals. Follow-up appointments track progress and refine your plan.
Initial consultation — 90 minutes
A comprehensive health assessment covering your current symptoms, health history, diet, sleep, stress patterns, medications and goals. Together we identify the underlying patterns contributing to your health concerns.Your personalised plan
At the end of your first appointment — or shortly after if further review is needed — you will receive a written treatment plan. This may include dietary recommendations, herbal or nutritional supplementation, lifestyle modifications and movement guidance.Follow-up appointment — 60 minutes
Regular follow-ups track your progress, adjust your plan and provide ongoing support. The frequency depends on your needs — most clients begin with monthly appointments and adjust from there.
Prescription review — 30 minutes
A shorter Zoom consultation to review and update your current prescription or supplementation plan, without a full case review. Ideal for clients already under regular naturopathic care.

An integrative approach to whole-person health
Naturopathy at Urban Wellness Project is not a standalone intervention. It sits within a broader understanding of how the body functions — one that includes movement, breath, nervous system regulation and the daily habits that either support or undermine health over time.
Informed by Hippocrates’ principle that food is medicine and by two decades of integrative clinical practice, this approach recognises that sustainable health is built gradually — through understanding, not just supplementation.
Where relevant, naturopathic care can be coordinated alongside your existing medical care or allied health team. Clients working with GPs, specialists or psychologists are welcome — integrative care works best when it works together.
